Liam’s connection to Nantucket began long before real estate. He spent his summers on the island working at Murray Camp Nantucket, the children’s camp owned and operated by his family, before eventually making Nantucket his year-round home.
An entrepreneur at heart, Liam founded ACK Eats, Nantucket’s first food delivery service, which continues to serve the island today. More recently, he built @ack.realestate into a growing platform for Nantucket real estate, local insights, and island life, where many of his clients first discover and connect with him.
Liam also founded NantucketOffMarket.com and has made private opportunities a core part of his work with buyers. Through extensive owner outreach and relationships built over time, he maintains visibility into a significant number of properties that may be available privately or considered for sale under the right circumstances—allowing him to search well beyond what’s publicly listed.
