Meet Liam
Liam brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial success, technological innovation, and deep Nantucket roots to his real estate career. Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, Liam spent every summer on the Island working at his family's Murray Camp (est. 1989) before making Nantucket his full-time home.
After graduating from Wheaton College, where he captained the Men's Basketball team, Liam launched ACK Eats, Nantucket's first and only food delivery service. What began as a local startup grew into a successful business that later joined Delivery.com. He also spent time at Securitize, a blockchain fintech company focused on the tokenization of real-world assets, an experience that strengthened his belief that technology will play an increasingly important role in the future of real estate.
Liam left Securitize to help build NantucketRentals.com from the ground up, where he now serves as General Manager. Today, the platform features more than 1,000 listings, giving him unique insight into both Nantucket's rental and sales markets. Liam has represented clients across a range of transactions, including representing the buyer in one of the largest residential real estate transactions in Massachusetts history. In addition to his traditional real estate business, he is also the founder of NantucketOffMarket.com, a platform that connects homeowners interested in exploring a private sale with qualified buyers seeking opportunities that may not be publicly marketed through the MLS.
Driven by a passion for making real estate more accessible through technology, Liam and his Principal Broker, Stephen Maury launched the Nantucket Houses mobile app, an AI-powered platform that combines MLS listings with assessor data, zoning information, and local property insights to help buyers, sellers, renters and homeowners make more informed decisions. He also shares Nantucket real estate, local businesses, lifestyle content, and island recommendations through his Instagram account, which has grown into one of Nantucket's leading online resources, reaching hundreds of thousands of people each month.
Beyond real estate, Liam remains deeply involved in the Nantucket community as an assistant coach for the Nantucket High School Boys Varsity Basketball team, mentoring student-athletes while giving back to the island that has become home.
Liam combines local knowledge, innovative technology, and an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver a level of service that goes well beyond the traditional real estate experience.
